Inkclaw Store Migration Notice

Effective October 15, 2026

Beginning October 15, 2026, Inkclaw is officially moving to Shopify as part of an important upgrade to our online store.

Our goal is to provide a faster, smoother, and more reliable shopping experience, with improved order management, account access, and support for future purchases.

Your Previous Orders Are Still Safe

All historical order information from our previous store has been retained by Inkclaw.

Your previous orders have not been lost.

If you need to check an order placed through our previous website, please contact Inkclaw Support and provide either:

  • Your original order number, or

  • The email address used when placing the order

Our team can locate your historical order information and assist you.

Previous Customer Accounts Cannot Be Used to Log In

Because we are moving to a new Shopify-based store, customer login accounts from our previous website were not transferred to the new account system.

As a result, your previous Inkclaw account login will no longer work on the new website.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

Please Create a New Inkclaw Account

If you have purchased from Inkclaw before, we recommend creating a new account on our new Shopify store.

Your new account will make it easier to:

  • Track future Inkclaw orders

  • Manage new purchases

  • Access order updates

  • Maintain your customer information

  • Receive faster support for future orders

Please note that historical orders placed through our previous store may not automatically appear inside your new Shopify account. However, Inkclaw still retains those order records and can retrieve them for you whenever needed.

What This Means for Returning Customers

Orders placed before the Shopify migration:
Your historical order records remain available through Inkclaw Support.

Your previous Inkclaw account:
The old login can no longer be used on the new website.

Orders placed through the new Shopify store:
Create a new Inkclaw account to make future order tracking and account management easier.
