3. Product Origin & Shipping Location

Unless otherwise stated on the individual product page, INKCLAW products are made in China, and orders placed through our online store are fulfilled and shipped from China.

The presence of a registered entity in the United States or an operating center in Hong Kong does not indicate that products are manufactured, stocked, or dispatched from those locations.

Please refer to the individual product page, our Shipping Policy, and our Holiday & Shipping Updates for processing times, delivery information, and announced dispatch changes.

4. Returns, Warranty & Repairs

Please contact service@inkclaw.com before sending any product for return, inspection, warranty service, or repair.

Our Customer Service team will review your request and provide the appropriate receiving address and shipping instructions. Always confirm the receiving arrangements before dispatching your parcel.

Unless our team provides different instructions, authorized returns and repairs are handled through our Warehouse & Repair Center in Fuzhou, China.

Do not send products to the U.S. registration address or the Hong Kong operating center without specific instructions from our Customer Service team.

Return eligibility, warranty coverage, shipping responsibilities, and other applicable conditions are set out in our Refund Policy and warranty information. The procedures described here do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
