Holiday & Shipping Updates

Plan ahead for public holidays in China.

INKCLAW orders ship from China. During the holiday closures announced on this page, customer support responses may take longer, and order dispatch will be temporarily paused. Our online store remains open, so you can continue browsing and placing orders.

Customer Support During Holidays

During holiday periods, please allow up to 48 hours for a reply to email and WhatsApp inquiries.

Our team will respond as soon as possible. To help us assist you, please include your order number and a brief description of your question.

Shipping During Holidays

Warehouse dispatch and carrier pickups for INKCLAW orders are suspended during our announced holiday closures.

Orders placed during these periods will be held for dispatch after the holiday. Please take the closure dates into account when ordering supplies for upcoming appointments or projects.

When Will My Order Ship?

Order dispatch will resume on the first working day after each holiday closure.

We will begin shipping pending orders as promptly as possible, in the order received and subject to product availability. Please allow additional processing time while we work through the holiday backlog.

Pre-order, custom-made, and assembly-required products remain subject to the processing times stated on their product pages.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
