Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Weekends and public holidays are not included.

We process all orders within 2-5 business days excluding holidays and weekends.

Packages may take longer to arrive during the holiday busy season depending on local postal office capacity.

Keep in mind that we ship item(s) as soon as they’re available. So if there’s more than one item in your order, you may receive the items separately (at no extra charge). We’ll send you a separate email confirming the shipment along with tracking numbers.

Shipping time may vary due to product availability. Inkclaw™ reserves the right to cancel any orders that involve product availability in which the customers will be contacted.

In the event of canceled orders, our refunds take 5-7 business days to process, as all payments go through a payment gateway and it takes a couple of working days for settlement.

International customers may be charged additional import taxes.

Customs fees for the items are levied by local governments - laws from nation to nation vary. Unfortunately, import taxes are something that Inkclaw™ cannot pay for as they are not a set amount, are charged by the local government for receipt of the item, and are the responsibility of the importer.
