Hard Tension
High Resistance, Maximum Durability and Control
Hard tension tattoo cartridges use a thicker silicone membrane, creating high internal resistance and fast, powerful rebound. This design stabilizes the needle under long stroke lengths, high impact, and aggressive machine output, preventing membrane collapse and mechanical distortion.
The strong rebound force ensures the membrane fully resets even under heavy load, maintaining stable needle cycles in demanding setups:
Strong rebound → Full reset at long stroke → Stable needle return → Reliable ink loading → Controlled penetration → Reduced mechanical failure
This makes hard tension membranes highly durable and resistant to tearing, especially at stroke lengths above 4.0 mm.
However, the increased resistance places a greater load on the motor. On low-power or low-voltage machines, the membrane may not compress and release efficiently, leading to:
High resistance → Insufficient motor force → Incomplete needle travel → Reduced consistency

Warranty
Inkclaw tattoo machines, pen machines come with a warranty of 12 months. Tattoo battery grip, Inkclaw wireless battery power tube, and other battery related products have a warranty of 6 months. Also, normal battery decay will not be taken into consideration.
